The apartments are easily reachable by public transportation. Besides the underground stations, there is also an elevated railway station nearby. From these train stations you can get to the center of the city or the suburbs of Berlin in a very short time. Not far away is the bus stop for Bus 109, which goes directly to Tegel Airport.

Driving is also convenient; the motorway is only a few minutes away.

The opera and the Wilmersdorfer Strasse shopping street are nearby and within easy walking distance. Kurfürstendamm is less than one kilometer away and accessible by bus almost in front of the door.

The studio apartments are about 30 square meters in size and are furnished for two persons.

A newly fitted kitchen, a high-class tiled shower bath, TV, radio, and telephone, ironing board and iron, a small balcony, and an elevator will contribute to your pleasant stay.

A washing machine and a dryer ( coin-operated ) are located in the basement.
